Mark Ray Bio

I am a 39 year -old native of the Appalachian Mountains of western North Carolina. I currently reside in Franklin NC with my wife Yevette. We have been happily married for 9 years. I grew up and worked most of my life in the Asheville area. In 2007, I began working as a game warden for our state and was stationed in New Bern, NC. I transferred to Franklin NC in October of 2009 and began what we call the Ray Ray Lifestyle. I guess you could say I am a jack of all trades or RAY'S. I pursue my passion as a professional bodybuilder day in and day out while still being a game warden. I am also one of three promoters of the Natural Bodybuilding Physiques Federation. Our March show is now in its third year and is a pro qualifier. I also am the sole owner of Body Fat Test of North Carolina, which is a mobile hydrostatic body fat testing lab that travels to gym's in our state. When I am not working on one of these trades, I spend my other time with my wife in our gym in Franklin, where we train and pursue the goal of beating our personal bests. I would like to thank all of the people throughout my life that have always been there through all of the ups and downs and have given me words of wisdom that has challenged me to always think outside the box. Lastly, I would like to give my own words of wisdom that I try to live by and have carried me a long way. TREAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED, LIVE LIFE LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW, AND NO MATTER HOW BAD SOMETHING MAY SEEM OR BE THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT HAS IT WORSE THAN YOU.
